Excellent storm shirt!
The GR8 Call storm shirt is the best I've worn or seen. It's not shiny like so many others, has a cloth type feel to it, but is extremely warm. I've only worn it in very cold conditions because it's so warm. I've not worn it in the rain, but I'm told it's effective there as well. I've had this one for several years and still looks great. Highly recommended!

Best cold weather short I’ve owned
I have two other rain/wind shirts that I totally replaced with this shirt. It is much more breathable but provides just as much wind, rain, snow and cold protection. It odds also more comfortable, lighter, and less bulky than my other shirts.

2.25" StormSkin Long Sleeve Football Referee Shirt/Jacket - 2XL
This is one of the most comfortable foul weather shirts I have ever owned in my near 30 years of officiating. Snow, Rain, Wind, it works in all the above. I can move, breathe, and just stay comfortable.
I highly recommend this apparel to all who work outside in cold or wet weather. In fact I have told my whole unit about it.
