Shipping Timeframe

The majority of orders are typically shipped within one business day, and if orders are placed before 10:00 am CT (Central Time), they usually ship on the same day.

Free Shipping

Orders over $50 are eligible for free economy shipping. Exclusions on discounted product bundles may apply.

Orders below $49.99 qualify for a flat rate shipping fee of $6.00.

During the checkout process, the shipping costs are calculated in real-time, taking into account factors such as the estimated package weight, delivery location, and the selected shipping option. For customers looking for the most economical choice, we provide various flat rate options.

US Post Office

Ground Advantage
A cost-effective shipping option that typically delivers within 2-8 days (though not guaranteed) to most locations. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.

Priority Mail
A cost-effective express shipping option that typically delivers within 2-3 days (though not guaranteed) to most locations. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.

UPS

Ground
Typically delivers within 1-5 days (though not guaranteed) to most locations. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.

2nd Day Air
Delivered within 2 business days after your order ships.

UPS Next Day Air
Delivered within 1 business days after your order ships.

UPS Next Day Air Early
Delivered within 1 business day in the morning after it is shipped.

Weather Delays

In some exceptional cases of extreme weather conditions, the delivery of your order may experience delays. Regrettably, we have no control over such occurrences as they are beyond our influence and are a result of nature's unpredictability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can find the tracking information on your order page. Additionally, we will send you email notifications to keep you updated on the progress of your order, from the processing stage to the shipping and delivery stages, and each email will include relevant tracking information.

Shipping Refunds

Regrettably, we can only provide refunds for shipping charges if the problem with your order originated from our end. If you decide to return or refuse a package within our return guidelines, we will credit you for the items in your order, but the shipping charges will not be refunded.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments

As long as your order complies with our shipping policies, we are committed to either replacing or providing a credit for orders that have been lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
